    • When will I get it?

    Our wafel kitchen is located in Brooklyn, NY.  We ship Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders received before 1.00 PM (EST time) will still be baked & shipped same day.

    Our standard shipping service is Fedex Ground (Tri-state) or Fedex Express Saver. Local East coast shipments take 1 or 2 business days. Midwest & West regions take 3-4 business days.

    Please note:

    We're a family business and every day, we're all hands-on-deck to ship your wafels on time. Once your package is in our shipping partners' (Fedex)  hands, we cannot control delays due to peak volume, labor challenges or exceptional weather.

    We ship to the lower 49 states. Stay tuned for Alaska & Hawaii.

    How do I store it?

    Once opened, our spreads jars remains great for at least 6 weeks. Although, to give them a long and happy life we recommend to store them in the fridge.
