Liège Wafels - Medium Size

Ideal for offering a lower priced item, kids' portions or for making waffle-ice cream sandwiches. The medium size waffle is based on a 65 gram (half size) dough ball. Masterfully baked to perfection and easy to reheat.

P4 Pearl Sugar

One of the most specialized ingredients of authentic Liege waffles is pearl sugar. While most providers offer the cheaper, softer products from the Couplet factory, we only import the higher grade, larger P4 pearl sugar from the Tirlemont factory. The resulting caramelization and crunch is distinctly superior than pearl sugar from e.g. Germany or the Couplet factory.

Cookie butter - Spekuloos Spread

Looks like peanut butter, but it has no peanuts! It's actually made from the traditional Belgian spekuloos gingerbread cookies. This is one of our signature waffle toppings, and it's absolutely amazing. We offer the spekuloos spread both in bulk and in retail packaging (jars).
