Whenever Count & Comtesse Jenesaisquoi dignify themselves to visit a friend's château, you can bet they bring along their favorite gift: A dozen of almond-frangipane wafelinis. "It's just our subliminal yet understated way of demonstrating our very refinement to fellow aristocrats. Nothing speaks more to our legendary nobility and humbleness than these artfully crafted Liege wafelinis infused with gooey almond paste and toasted almond crusting".

What do I get?

  • 12 wafelini-frangipanes (wafelinis with almond dough)  in 2 insulated packaging of 6 each

When will I get it?

Our wafel kitchen is located in Brooklyn, NY. We bake & ship our wafels on the same day, then we add some ice bags into the insulated bag of your wafels to ensure the freshness during their trip (no worries if the ice bags are melted once receive!). All order placed before 1.00 PM (EST time) will be baked on that same day.

If the destination of your wafels is within the Tristate, they will arrive on the next day. If their destination is in the West Coast Area, our wafels can take up to 4 days to travel but they will still remain great for a week after receiving it.

You can choose the option of a delivery asap or to receive your wafels on a specific date.

Please note:

As a small company we're working very hard to deliver your wafels on time, however once your package is in our shipping partners hands it is totally out of our control and may experience delays due to high volumes and labour challenges or to exceptional weather. Please mind indicating a couple of security days to receive your order in advance to make sure that you get it on time.

Delivery to Alaska/Hawaii are not available yet... but stay tuned..

How do I store / prepare it?

When received (and not directly enjoyed) we recommend keeping them in the fridge where they also remain great for 5 days, or freezing them to enjoy them later.

Warming up our Liège wafels:

There aren’t many things the queen and I agree on, but we do share an aversion to microwaving wafels! Here’s the royal way to warm them up:

  • In the oven, for 8 minutes at 300 °F
  • In the toaster, at lowest warming setting - for two cycles

No need to reheat the wafelini-frangipanes, they are meant to be eaten at room temperature.

Ingredients / nutrition / allergens

  • Our wafelini-frangipane contains almond, wheat flour, butter, sugar, whole milk, eggs, vanilla flavoring, yeast. Allergens: almonds, gluten, eggs, yeast, dairy (may contain traces of soy & other nuts)

Should I count the calories?
The approximate calorie count is 200cal for a wafelini-frangipane but you know what they say: Don’t count the calories, just make the calories count!
