spekuloos spread (crunchy)
Count Jamaisdemavie had a lifelong dream He would invent wae toppings, tasting better than cream. He searched and researched a Belgian gingerbread cookie. In the North it’s called “spekuloos”, in the South “spéculoos”. He manufactured a spread to put on his bread. But it had to be crunchier and more grandiose. So he added broken biscuits, of real spekuloos, and found that the texture was now really close.
